How it works
How does your team celebrate doing a good job? Releasing a new product? Closing a new client? Celebrating an engagement, anniversary or birth of a new baby? Signing up a new client? Hitting a milestone?
Small wins often don’t get the recognition they deserve.
We Brits aren’t the types to celebrate overtly. We might be happy on the inside, but we don’t know how to show it. We end up with one person clapping, or someone left hanging on a high-five.
So why not outsource your declarations of happiness?!
We're not talking off-shoring; we mean dial-a-mariachi:
No more awkwardness in showing your feelings. No more guilt that you didn’t recognise that small win.
Celebrate small wins in 'mex-imum' style

A Minimum Viable Product is a process to validate if an idea has potential … or if it should be binned (or how it should be changed to work). I’ve been talking about this ridiculous business idea for a couple of years. And so dial-a-mariachi was born. Over the years I’ve used it in workshops, Read more about The start[…]
